About the Documentary

#hatersmakemefamous follows entrepreneur Chris Martin on an unfiltered journey through adversity and redemption. From growing up in the foster care system to time spent in the prison system, Chris’s story is one of resilience, determination, and transformation.

Today, Chris and his wife Andi Martin own Hempful Farms CBD in Arizona — a testament to building success despite obstacles, staying true to one’s vision, and giving back to the community.

Through raw interviews, candid storytelling, and genuine emotion, the film offers an inside look at how one man turned life’s toughest challenges into the foundation of a thriving, legitimate business. It’s an honest and inspiring story about breaking free from stigma, proving the haters wrong, and making a name the right way.
