There is a lot of confusion out there on what the difference between hemp oil and CBD (cannabidiol) oil along with the benefits of each one.

First, it is important to know that “Hemp Oil” is another way that people associate and refer to CBD oil. However, some people may refer to hemp seed oil as hemp oil. Hemp seed oil and CBD oil are 2 very different products.

While the two are derived from the same plant, CBD oil comes from the entire plant while hemp oil is extracted from just the seeds.
